The ECE Career Pathways Grant provides funding to the 15 Massachusetts community colleges to support the early care and education workforce. Select a college in your region, learn more about your program options, and email or call the point of contact listed below. The Career Pathways Coordinator at each college will help you navigate your educational pathway towards; course selection, EEC certification, and/or a college certificate or degree.

You are eligible for grant-funded courses and services if you:

• Currently work in an early childhood education (family childcare or center-based program) or an out-of-school-time program in Massachusetts
• You are interested in pursuing employment in family childcare, center-based, or an out-of-school time program within six months of course registration
