Trauma and Resilience for Early Childhood Educators

Overview

This course consists of six modules that will teach you how to build resilience for children who have experienced trauma, how to avoid re-traumatizing them, and how to use trauma-responsive practices to promote resilience. We'll also explore self-care and educator support because it's hard to support a child's well-being without it.

Objective

Learning objectives are included in each Module. Each Module also contains a Course Summary, which includes the course description, learning objectives, essential concepts and practical activities.
