Overview

Maximizing a Team’s Potential is designed to help leaders raise performance without burning people out. Using research-based principles and practical tools, participants will learn how to build a culture of high performance that is both sustainable and energizing. The PLC emphasizes interactive practice, reflection, and peer-to-peer learning.

Objective

By the end of the PLC, participants will be able to:

Explain the difference between managing time and managing energy in driving performance.
Apply strategies to celebrate small wins and build momentum.
Design and practice feedback systems that build trust and accountability.
Align team strengths with responsibilities to increase engagement and reduce burnout.
Integrate continuous learning routines into daily work to sustain improvement.
