Overview
Maximizing a Team’s Potential is designed to help leaders raise performance without burning people out. Using research-based principles and practical tools, participants will learn how to build a culture of high performance that is both sustainable and energizing. The PLC emphasizes interactive practice, reflection, and peer-to-peer learning.
Objective

By the end of the PLC, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the difference between managing time and managing energy in driving performance.
  • Apply strategies to celebrate small wins and build momentum.
  • Design and practice feedback systems that build trust and accountability.
  • Align team strengths with responsibilities to increase engagement and reduce burnout.
  • Integrate continuous learning routines into daily work to sustain improvement.
