I completed Part 2 of the Potential Provider Training, but it still shows as In Progress in My Dashboard.

When you’re taking the potential provider training, you need to view the EEC Regulations at least once for the course to be marked complete. Please follow these steps:  

• Login back into the system  

• Reopen the course from My Dashboard 

• Click to reopen the Module: Potential Provider Training Part 2  

• Click to Resume the course  

• Click the OPEN REGS Tab in the upper right-hand corner 

• Click to close the Regulations  

• Click to EXIT  

This should result in the Course Completion. Getting familiar with the EEC Regulations is an important part of this process.
