This can happen when a course is left open and inactive for an extended amount of time. The StrongStart LMS is a learning and testing environment and will time out with inactivity. If you need to take a break from a course for more than a few minutes, exit the course, and log out of StrongStart. When you're ready to continue, sign into StrongStart and resume the training.
If this happens to you frequently:
- Please use Chrome or another recommended browser and make sure it’s up to date
- Clear your browser history and cookies before starting so you have a clean session
- If you need to take a break from a course for more than a few minutes, please Exit the course and resume later. It’s possible for the system to time out in the background from inactivity.
