The Director’s Affinity Groups will be facilitated by Metro Boston Coaches. Each ZOOM session will provide a confidential environment for Directors and Center-Based administrators to network, share resources, and improve quality practices. As a professional development opportunity, these sessions will enable open discussions and reflection with colleagues.  In addition, specific topics will enable understanding and implementation of new and existing licensing regulations. Individualized coaching support will be available upon request.

Outcomes
Participants will:

• Identify and discuss the most recent resources for Center Based Programs
• Create a support network with other center administrators
• Enable use of leadership, mentorship, and advocacy skills
