Overview
The Leading for Change Affinity Group is tailored for early educators, who have completed Leading for Change. Metro Boston Team members will lead three sessions (September, October, and November) to encourage open discussions and reflections. In this highly interactive Affinity group, participants will collaborate with peers to enhance their leadership skills and cultivate a mindset focused on improving program quality and promoting equity in early childhood education (ECE). Participants will continue to develop, define, and implement Change Projects developed during the LFC course. This cohort group will provide mutual support, encouragement, and resources leading to success with their change plans.
Objective
  • Foster and encourage a leadership mindset that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Further develop, define, and implement their change projects
  • Share experiences, challenges, and successes leading to sharing their Change Project in their community
  • Networking and mentoring support
