Overview
Conflict in the workplace is somewhat inevitable, as employees bring diverse personalities, goals, and opinions to the table. These varying perspectives are what contribute to a team’s effectiveness! Developing the ability to manage conflict effectively is a crucial skill for everyone. This workshop will delve into a five-step process for conflict resolution. By enhancing our understanding of both ourselves and others, we can significantly reduce conflict and foster a more harmonious work environment.
Objective
  • Identify common sources of workplace conflict and recognize how diverse personalities and perspectives contribute to team dynamics.
  • Apply a five-step process for effective conflict resolution, enhancing their ability to manage disputes constructively.
  • Develop skills to improve self-awareness and empathy, enabling them to better understand their own responses and the viewpoints of others during conflicts.
  • Create action plans for implementing conflict resolution strategies within their teams, promoting a more collaborative and positive work environment.
