Join fellow Out of School-Time (OST) directors and administrators in this exclusive networking opportunity, where we collectively support the success of our programs. Through this series, you'll have the chance to build valuable professional connections within the field, assess both current strengths and areas with potential growth, apply reflective practice strategies for continuous quality improvement plans, and gain fresh ideas and insights into best practices that can be seamlessly integrated into your work.
Objective
Learning Objectives:
  • Develop the ability to establish and maintain meaningful professional connections within the Out-of-School Time (OST) field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and identifying the current strengths and areas with growth potential within OST programs.
  • Apply reflective practice strategies to develop and implement continuous quality improvement plans for OST programs.
  • Gain knowledge of best practices in the OST field and demonstrate the capacity to integrate these insights into day-to-day work effectively.
  • Collaborate with fellow OST directors and administrators to collectively support the success of OST programs through networking and shared learning experiences.
