Overview
In Part 1 of this 2-part training, learn about the fiscal management policies using CCFA for fiscal management related to child care financial assistance and contracts. Topics include billing and payments, understanding your contract, record keeping, parent fees, and transportation. 
Objective

Participants will learn:

how to articulate Fiscal Management related regulations and policies for Enrollment and Attendance, Reimbursement Based on Enrollment, Billing and Payments, Cost Reimbursement, and Transportation.
to execute procedures associated with Enrollment and Attendance, Reimbursement Based on Enrollment, Billing and Payments, Cost Reimbursement, and Transportation to drive the policies and regulations forward.
to Understand how the Fiscal Management regulations, policies, and procedures impact how you work with families, and how families will work with our various partners – you!

 

Additional Information
Organizations must send staff in the following required contract roles: Organization Leader, CCFA Administrative Staff, Fiscal Oversight (max. 4 people/org.). EEC requires those who attend to ensure the information and content learned is shared across their organization.

Organizations who hold contracts across multiple regions have some flexibility and are encouraged to send regional representation.
