Overview

This 3 part series focuses on understanding the “What” and strategizing the “How” of operating an EEC licensed program. During all three parts, educators will use SWOT analysis and SMART goals to create a meaningful Continuous Quality Improvement Plan.

Program Operation P2, we will explore curriculum components and best practices for curriculum implementation and why child assessment data is important and how it can be used when developing your curriculum plans.

Objective

After completing this course, you will:

Begin a program assessment to determine strengths and weaknesses in the following areas:
1. Program policies and procedures
2. Curriculum and child assessment
3. Family needs and engagement
Analyze program assessment data and prioritize action steps.
Utilize resources to improve knowledge and best practices.
Create a "Continuous Quality Improvement Plan" (CQIP)

Additional Information

You must complete Program Operations P1 before registering for this course.

**You must attend all sessions to receive credit.
