Overview
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is one of the world’s most popular personality tools, used by over 88% of Fortune 500 companies for individual and professional development. The assessment is a result of 70 years of science-based and research-based insight. The MBTI assessment’s result, followed by an individual feedback consultation session by a certified practitioner, will provide educators with insightful tools to identify their strengths and create an action plan for practical use, awareness of blind spots and how to minimize their impacts, develop an understanding of their personality to manage conflict, work in teams, handle stress, and develop their leadership style.
Objective
Educators will build their skills by applying the assessments with personal development and leadership development.
Develop self-awareness by exploring their personality preferences and the preferences of others.
Identify ways to use personality differences constructively to improve personal interactions and team performance.
