Overview
Learn about your organization’s responsibilities regarding record keeping, internal controls, fiscal monitoring, and more during the last session in the Core Service Training Series. 
Objective

Participants will be able to:

  • Articulate the Program Integrity and Administrative policies and procedures related to internal controls, record keeping, fiscal monitoring, intentional program violations, recoupment, complaints and investigation.  
  • Execute relevant procedures to drive the policies, procedures, and responsibilities moving forward.
  • Understand how the Program Integrity and Administrative policies, and procedures impact how you work with families, and how families will work with our various partners – you!
Additional Information
Organizations must send staff in the following required contract roles: Organization Leader, CCFA Administrative Staff, Fiscal Oversight, Finance Staff (max. 4 people/org.) EEC requires those who attend to ensure the information and content learned is shared across their organization.

Organizations who hold contracts across multiple regions have some flexibility and are encouraged to send regional representation.
