** This 2 part training will take place in-person at Expanding Horizons - 46 Pleasant St, Norton, MA 02766**

Step into a comprehensive exploration of effective communication and the transformative potential of play-based learning in child education. This course, "Empowering Child-Centric Communication and Play-Based Learning," harmoniously integrates two critical components for nurturing young minds where intentional communication and play-based learning converge. Join us in creating a nurturing educational environment that empowers both educators and children, harmonizing language and play to cultivate well-rounded development.

Objective

1. Describe the foundational principles of child-centric communication, including active listening, empathy, and age-appropriate language, to foster effective communication with children.
2. Apply various play-based learning strategies in educational settings, demonstrating their ability to design and implement play-based activities that align with specific learning objectives and age-appropriate developmental milestones.
3. Assess the impact of child-centric communication and play-based learning on child development through research analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
