When I try to login, there is a code, and I get this error message: The characters you entered do not match the image. Please try again.

If you’re typing in the image code correctly, but it’s still not letting you in, first, make sure you are using the correct username (your username is not the same as your email), then reset your password. 

  • To recover your username, go to the StrongStart system and Click on the “Login” button in the top left corner. On the Login page, click Recover Username, enter your email address, and the system will send your username to the email address in your StrongStart account.  
  • To reset your password, click "Reset Password", enter the email address associated with your StrongStart account, and select “Submit Reset Password Request”. The system will send a password reset link to the email address in your StrongStart account. 

After this, please do the following: 

  1. Check that your browser is up to date and update if necessary 
  1. Clear your Internet History & Cookies 
  1. Close all browser windows, then open and try again 

We typically see this issue when the browser is out of date or there is something wrong with your session (which is why closing browser windows / clearing history / etc.) tend to resolve this issue.
