**Firefox settings
Firefox’s autoplay blocker can prevent some courses from loading properly. In the address bar, click on what looks like a play icon, you’ll get an option to change the Autoplay settings. Open the menu (where it says Block Audio) and change it to Allow Audio and Video.

Mobile Devices
The StrongStart LMS is mobile responsive, so you are able to access the platform through the internet browser on your smartphone or tablet. Depending on the size of your screen and the features you are accessing, you may experience more scrolling than you would on a desktop computer.
