Flamingo is the learning platform of the University of Florida Lastinger Center for Learning.

The Instructional Leadership in Early Care and Education course is a competency-based, job-embedded online course that covers a variety of critical topics in instructional leadership.

In addition to the online course with an instructor, participants gather with a trained facilitator in Communities of Practice shared learning events to reflect on practice and support implementation of content.
