How do I reset my password?

Recover your username before resetting your password. Your username is different than your email address. 

• To recover your username, go to the StrongStart system and Click on the Login   button in the top left corner. On the Login page, click Recover Username, enter your email address, and the system will send your username to the email address in your StrongStart account.  

• To reset your password, click Reset Password, enter the email address associated with your StrongStart account, and select Submit Reset Password Request. The system will send a password reset link to the email address in your StrongStart account.
